Rick's Leeds City Centre gym was set up twelve years ago, by Rick Manners, a former army boxing champion with over 70 contests in the light middleweight division, including matches with the USA, Israel and Romania.

Rick first experienced boxenetics during a visit to the Kronk gym in Detroit, USA, home of the Innovator and boxing legend Thomas 'The Hitman' Hearns. The concept of the boxenetics os to use the skills and training techniques of boxing, without the physical contact.

The purpose built gym at Mabgate is fitted with the latest American equipment including a full size ring. Rick has introduced a bronze, silver and gold award scheme for members to work towards as they improve their personal fitness.

Boxenetics provides the ultimate workout for the whole body.
